By accessing or using the Assam Seva mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Assam Seva provides a platform that connects users with independent local service professionals ("Vendors") for various services. Note: The direct in-app booking feature is currently under development and is coming soon. Currently, the platform serves as a directory to find and contact professionals.

3. Use of the Platform

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or booking a service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Vendor Interactions

While we strive to list trusted professionals, users are encouraged to verify the Vendor's credentials and suitability for their specific needs. Assam Seva is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your interactions with Vendors.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder.
