Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
Note: These policies will be fully effective once the direct booking feature is launched.
You may cancel your booking for a service through the app or by contacting support.
- 24+ Hours Before: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service start time are free of charge.
- Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a small cancellation fee to compensate the Vendor for their time and travel.
2. Refund Policy
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
- The Vendor failed to arrive for the scheduled service.
- The service provided was significantly below the standard promised and the issue could not be resolved via re-work.
3. How to Request a Refund
Complaints regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to be eligible for a refund or re-work. Please email details and photos (if applicable) to mail@mravinash.com.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
